MDI's flagship programme, the two-year, full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM), is available in five specialisations.

MDI Gurgaon also provides a two-year PGPM degree with specialisations in Human Resource Management and International Business.

MDI Gurgaon's two-year PGP-IB programme, in collaboration with ESCP Europe's National Management Programme (NMP), is a 15-month executive graduate programme certified by AMBA, the Association of MBAs (UK).

The MDI Post Graduate Programme in Energy Management (PGP-EM) is a 15-month executive graduate programme that trains innovative leaders in the energy sector. Students receive a PGDM (Energy Management) degree that is authorised by the AICTE and accredited by AMBA upon successful completion of this programme.

MDI also offers a PGP-PPM programme that lasts 15 months. This degree is full-time, residential, and includes a two-week term at an international public policy school in the first year.
